Water Purification Plants

Our plants eliminate impurities including sediment, unpleasant taste or odor, and bacteriological contamination, ensuring the treated water meets the highest consumption standards. While ideal for bottled water production, these plants are also suitable for inline filtration for distributed supplies.

Featured Purification Stages:

Reverse Osmosis (RO): The finest level of filtration, removing dissolved salts, endotoxins, pesticides, nitrates, metal ions, and more. Our systems use advanced thin-film composite polyamide membranes in a spiral-wound configuration for efficiency and easy maintenance.
Ion Exchange / Demineralization: Used for water softening, industrial demineralization, and ultrapure water production. Effective in various industries from food processing and power generation to mining and chemical synthesis.
General Purpose Purification: Designed to treat surface waters by removing silt, suspended solids, and bacteria for domestic, institutional, and commercial applications.

Water Softening Plants & Systems

A water softener is an ion exchange system that removes calcium and magnesium ions—the minerals that cause hard water. Our systems are designed for superior filtration in commercial and industrial applications, including boiler makeup and process water, preventing scale buildup and protecting equipment.

Key Components:

Mineral Tank: The chamber where water flows through resin beads to exchange hardness ions for sodium ions.
Control Valve: A meter-based system that tracks water usage and automatically initiates a regeneration cycle when the resin's capacity is depleted.
Brine Tank: Holds a concentrated salt solution used to regenerate and restore the positive charge of the resin beads.

Ultrafiltration (UF) & UV Systems

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a pressure-driven process using an ultrafine membrane to separate particulate matter from soluble compounds. It is an excellent technology for desalination pretreatment, wastewater reclamation, and producing potable water.

UV Purification exposes microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and cysts to a germicidal ultraviolet wavelength (254-nm) which disrupts their DNA, preventing them from reproducing and spreading disease. It disinfects without chemicals, tastes, or odors.
